As in previous years, NGO Monitor has analyzed the 2014 financial reports of the New Israel Fund, detailing grants provided to a wide variety of Israeli NGOs active in political campaigns against Israel, including BDS, lawfare and demonization.
Transparency regarding government funding for NGOs transcends partisan ideology, and is essential for ensuring the values of democracy and accountability.
As with the Goldstone process, a network of highly politicized NGOs have been repeating unsupported allegations of Israeli war crimes and campaigning for a UN investigation into the current conflict.
