In 2006, PHRO received support from the Embassy of the Netherlands in Lebanon and the Protestant Churches in the Netherlands (Kerk in Actie). Additionally, the Ford Foundation provided a multi-year grant of $150,000 for 2006-2008.
- PHRO is a member of the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Network (EMHRN) and the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), which engage in anti-Israel campaigns.
