On August 23, 17-year-old Rina Shnerb was murdered while hiking with her family. Earlier this week, Israel announced it apprehended Rina's murderers. Samer Arbid, who allegedly both assembled and detonated the deadly device, formerly worked as an accountant for the European funded NGO Addameer and financial director of Union of Agricultural Work Committees. This is just one of many NGOs that are linked to terror. How is it that European governments have continued to fund this organization?
