The German Federal Government provides millions of euros to NGOs operating in Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza through a variety of frameworks, including the Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the German Federal Foreign Office (MFA-AA), and the United Nations.
Palestinian and international NGOs – funded by European governments and working in tandem with UNICEF’s West Bank and Gaza branch – have built an extensive campaign, using false charges of abuse of Palestinian children in the effort to trigger sanctions against Israel.
In 2018-2021, the World Bank funded a $17 million project managed by an anti-peace Palestinian group, NGO Development Center. The project lists several NGO grantees that, according to the available evidence, have links to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) and Hamas, which is designated as a terror group by the US, the EU, Canada, and Israel.
Médecins du Monde (MdM), headquartered in France, works in 64 countries worldwide. MdM has been active in the West Bank and Gaza since 1996.
On June 21, 2020, the Palestinian NGO Network (PNGO) reported that Defense for Children International-Palestine (DCI-P) had elected a new board. Individuals who celebrated convicted terrorists, posted violent images, and made antisemitic statements were appointed, including to the important position of treasurer
In December 2019, LPHR filed a complaint with the UK National Contact Point for the OECD against J.C Bamford Excavators Limited (JCB), a construction equipment company headquartered in the UK. Numerous methodological failures demonstrate the political objectives of this complaint.
The Netherlands has been advancing a political agenda of expanding Palestinian control over territory in this highly strategic region in the West Bank. And they are doing this with partners linked to terror organizations.
On December 8, 2020, Palestinian NGO Al-Mezan Center for Human Rights announced that its director, Issam Younis, was awarded the “Franco-German Human Rights and the Rule of Law Prize.”
On November 12, 2020, the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) published a 44-page report alleging “296 attacks against education by Israeli forces or settlers and settlement private security guards” in January 2008 – June 2020.
Kvinna Till Kvinna receives most of its funding from the Swedish government and subsequently funds NGOs active in the Arab-Israeli conflict.
