About

Christian charities, churches, and aid societies are active in political campaigns against Israel, both in their own activities as well as through their funding of highly politicized NGOs. These groups promote a Palestinian narrative of victimization and rejectionism, exploiting religious rhetoric and imagery to further their anti-peace agendas. BDS activists are fully aware of the role the churches can play in amplifying and legitimizing their radical anti-Israel message, and utilize them as such.

Funding

Taxpayer money, mostly from Europe but also from the US and Canada, is disbursed to Christian humanitarian aid organizations. These funds are in turn transferred to highly politicized NGOs involved in the Arab-Israeli conflict. Because of the religious nature of these groups, the activities are often disguised as legitimate and worthy causes, when in reality the money is being used to attack Israel and rally followers against it.
