“The police will investigate the operators of Internet sites run by two anti-military conscription organizations, New Profile and Target 21, as part of the state’s program to crack down on draft evasion, the Justice Ministry announced on Monday.” “…to investigate whether the administrators of the sites were guilty of violating Article 109 of the Penal Code, forbidding incitement to evasion of duty.
