The EU continues to fund numerous NGOs active in the Arab-Israeli conflict, many of which demonstrate a clear anti-Israeli political agenda, advocating Palestinian positions, ignoring the context of terrorism and conflict, and contributing to the demonization and delegitimation of Israel.

In its activities, funded by the European Union, the New Israel Fund, the Finnish Embassy, Church organizations and private donations Physicians for Human Rights – Israel (PHR-I) continues to exploit the rhetoric of human rights to pursue a highly politicized and biased agenda.
By employing long-time radical anti-Israeli extremist Joe Stork as its Middle East Director, HRW has highlighted its core political agenda, which is also the focus of a series of recent oped analyses.
The Canadian NGO ‘Alternatives,’ continues to host and showcase explicitly anti-Israeli political views that are antithetical to its proclaimed human rights objectives. Using the facade of human rights, Alternatives betrays its anti-Israeli bias.
The reports of the Palestinian Center for Human Rights (PCHR), which is affiliated with the International Commission of Jurists, are highly anecdotal and sensationalist. Its March 31 press release falsely alleged that Israeli forces destroyed a Palestinian university campus in Gaza.
