The European Legal Support Center (ELSC) was jointly founded by the Rights Forum, the Palestinian NGO Network (PNGO), and European jurists as an initiative aimed at “defending individuals and organizations that face false and defamatory accusations of antisemitism and repression because of their support for Palestinian rights and particularly for BDS measures to achieve these rights.”

Caabu is a lobby group that organizes “fact-finding” visits to the West Bank, together with Medical Aid for Palestinians, to disseminate an anti-Israel narrative to British parliamentarians, journalists, and EU politicians.
Platform of French NGOs for Palestine is a network active in supporting and promoting BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanctions) campaigns against Israel and lobbying the French government, using French taxpayer funds.
Sadaka is an “independent, non-governmental and non-party political organisation.” However it is active in lobbying the Irish government and the European Union “in support of the national, democratic and human rights of the Palestinian people.”
On October 7, 2021, the “Gaza is Palestine” campaign will host a virtual event featuring Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) and a number of BDS activists. These include individuals who have celebrated violence against Israelis. The campaign seeks to halt US military assistance to Israel and is spearheaded by pro-BDS NGOs.
On June 19, 2014, Israel’s Defense Minister declared IRW to be illegal, based on its alleged role in funneling money to Hamas, and banned it from operating in Israel and the West Bank. According to news reports, the decision was made after “the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet), the coordinator for government activities in the territories, and legal authorities provided incriminating information against IRW.”
On April 13, 2020, the Foundation for Middle East Peace (FMEP) hosted a webinar on “Israel-Palestine at the ICC,” featuring speakers from Human Rights Watch (HRW), Al-Haq, the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR), and B’Tselem. The webinar advanced the NGOs’ long-standing campaign to pressure the International Criminal Court (ICC) to open an investigation of Israelis over alleged war crimes.
