Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) leads massive and unprecedented political campaigns exploiting the Israeli legal system. In sharp contrast to NRC’s ostensibly humanitarian agenda, this massive program focuses on some of the most complex and sensitive political issues in the Arab-Israeli context.

Trócaire claims to work "in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT) and Israel." Its description of the region claims a population of 4.1 million (see below). The population of the West Bank and Gaza is appoximately 4 million, while that of Israel is over 8 million. Trócaire thus seems to serve only the population in the West Bank and Gaza, although it claims to work in Israel as well.
ECFR is a European think-tank whose Middle East and North Africa division are involved in BDS activities and "differentiation."
RHR is one of the most politically active NGOs relating to the Bedouin in the Negev.
CWP is a leader of the international anti-Israel BDS campaign and active in lawfare campaigns against Israeli officials. CWP also initiated the “Who Profits” campaign – now an independent NGO – which serves as an activist tool and database that identifies targets for anti-Israel divestment and boycotts.
On December 10, 2019, based on research by Professor Eugene Kontorovich and the Kohelet Policy Forum, the Jerusalem Post published an expose on donations to the European Council for Foreign Relations (ECFR) from companies operating in settlements. ECFR has been one of the leading BDS advocates in Europe under the guise of a so-called “differentiation” policy.
The European Commission disburses hundreds of millions of euros annually via aid frameworks to provide financial assistance to developing countries and promote EU principles abroad. One of the EU’s major aid programs is the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR).
A special report released on December 18, 2018 by the European Court of Auditors (ECA) found a severe transparency deficiency in EU funding to Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), confirming concerns raised by NGO Monitor for more than a decade.
