On October 7, 2021, the “Gaza is Palestine” campaign will host a virtual event featuring Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) and a number of BDS activists. These include individuals who have celebrated violence against Israelis. The campaign seeks to halt US military assistance to Israel and is spearheaded by pro-BDS NGOs.
As Israeli government frameworks reveal more information on the connections between European funded Palestinian NGOs and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) terrorist group, European government bodies have launched investigations into this funding.
On September 10, the Belgium government announced it would send “non-political representation, possibly a diplomat,” to the UN's event commemorating the 20th anniversary of the infamous World Conference on Racism (also known as “the Durban Conference”).

In 2020-2027, Oxfam-Quebec is slated to receive up to CAD 50 million in funding from the Canadian government, of which 10% is earmarked for “volunteer placements” at NGOs based in the West Bank and Gaza.
Ben & Jerry's announcement and change in policy is part of a broader NGO-led BDS (boycott, divestment, sanctions) agenda and follows 10 years of campaigning from pro-BDS NGOs.
Disturbingly, some employees of Belgian Ministry of Development Cooperation, responsible for reviewing, approving and distributing international aid, have previously expressed support for acts of violence and praised Palestinian terror on their social media accounts. Several of these government employees’ posts include violent and antisemitic imagery.
Throughout the 2021 Gaza conflict, NGOs published statements accusing Israel of apartheid and war crimes and calling for arms embargo.
Omar Shakir is scheduled to participate in conference hosted by the Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University. Conference organizers and sponsors, as well as other participants, are linked to various terror groups, including Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah, and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP).
