On September 10, the Belgium government announced it would send “non-political representation, possibly a diplomat,” to the UN's event commemorating the 20th anniversary of the infamous World Conference on Racism (also known as “the Durban Conference”).
On August 18, 2021, the Union of Palestinian Women's Committees and PNGO organized “a workshop on the role of women in the union elections” with the support of the European Union, via funding provided to the Palestinian Central Election Commission (CEC).
Omar Shakir is scheduled to participate in conference hosted by the Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University. Conference organizers and sponsors, as well as other participants, are linked to various terror groups, including Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah, and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP).
Addameer is an “affiliate” of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), a designated terrorist organization by the US, EU, Canada, and Israel, and many individuals employed at Addameer have links to this terror group.
On May 6, 2021, Israeli security officials revealed that massive amounts of funding from European governments for supposedly humanitarian projects in the West Bank and Gaza were diverted to the PFLP terrorist organization.
On April 15, 2021, Representative Betty McCollum (D-MN) introduced the “U.S. Commitment to the Universal Human Rights of Palestinians Living Under Israeli Military Occupation Act.” This is McCollum’s third such bill in recent years – written in conjunction with anti-Israel NGOs, and meant to advance BDS and demonization of Israeli companies and defense forces.
According to NGO Monitor’s analysis, at least eleven candidates on the PFLP list are also current and former officials of Palestinian NGOs that receive funding from the EU and European governments.
CWP is a leader of the international anti-Israel BDS campaign and active in lawfare campaigns against Israeli officials. CWP also initiated the “Who Profits” campaign – now an independent NGO – which serves as an activist tool and database that identifies targets for anti-Israel divestment and boycotts.
The Israel, West Bank, and Gaza branch of the UN’s Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA-oPt) executes the UN’s regional humanitarian response plan, facilitating and providing donations to dozens of non-governmental organizations (NGOs). As opposed to other OCHA branches around the world, OCHA-oPt prioritizes one-sided political advocacy in place of traditional humanitarian assistance.
